Abstract
A case of 23 years old Korea Army involving a radicular cyst in maxilla with sinus tract was presented. Roentgenographic examination revealed an ovoid radiolucent shadow extending from upper left central incisor to mesial side of right canine.
Surgical approach was performd by using the direct enucleation technique.
