梨大構內의 野草地 理土種子集團의 예비조사

Ecological studies on the buried-seed population in the grassland of the Ewha Womans Univetsity

Abstract

本調査 硏究의 試圖한 바가 埋土種子集團의 群落 Potential으로서의 機構를 分析하기 위한 첫단계로서 實施되었다.
調査는 1969年 5月 20日, 7月 30日, 10月 24日 3回에 걸쳐서 梨大構內 學生館 西側 野草地에서 이루워졌다. 調査方法은 系統抽出法에 따라서 地上植生의 組成(Table 1), 生活型組成(Table 2), 깊이에 따르는 土壤要因을 분석했다.
埋土種子集團調査는 地上植生을 調査한 다음에 그 장소에 깊이 30cm 폭 50cm의 토양단면을 만들고 表土에서 각각 0∼3cm, 3∼6cm, 6∼10cm, 10∼15cm, 15∼20cm, 20∼25cm 에서 Sampling하여 種子분리는 Kurino & Ihizami(1956)의 方法을 따랐다. 種子의 同定은 해부현미경에서 관찰하여 種子도감을 참조했다.
결과는 다음과 같다.
1) 지상식생을 적산우점도로 보아서 망초가 第1位이고 다음이 토끼풀 3位가 쇠뜨기이다(Table 1)
2) 생활형조성은 H-D_1-R_1-3으로 代表된다(Table 2).
3) 埋土種子集團은 第1回 27종 48개 第2回 16종 19개이며 깊이에 따라 각각 第1回는 18종 27개, 10종 12개, 6종 6개, 1종 1개, 1종 1개, 0종 0개이며 第2回는 11종 13개, 3종 3개, 1종 1개, 1종 1개, 1종 1개, 0종 0개 이다.
4) 깊이 0∼6cm 에서는 埋土種子集團의 出現率과 出現種은 각각 第1回에서는 81.4%, 77.7%, 第2回에서는 84.2%, 95.0%로서 埋土種子의 占有階層의 限界를 推定할 수 있었다 (Table 4).
5) 未同定種은 全體出現種의 약 30%를 占有하고 있어 鍾子發芽實驗으로 밝히고자 한다.
6) 埋土種子集團이 群落 Potential로서 地上植生 構成種에 관여하는 비율을 암시하고 있으며 Erigeron-Trifolium type로서의 形態를 나타내고 있다(Fig. 2).
7) 埋土 種子集團이 깊이에 따라 출현율의 差가 이에 토양요인의 깊이에 따르는 差와 상호 관계가 있음을 암시한다.


This preliminary study of investigation was aimed to analyze the buried-seed population of grassland at Ewha Womans University campus community dynamics.
The study was conducted at the grass-field of the Ewha Womans Univrsity three times on the following dates: May 20, july 30, and October 24, of 1967.
The composition of the ground vegetation and biological type were analyzed.
The size of the soil pit was 30cm long and 50cm wide.
The soils were collected from the various depths of the ground: 0-3cm, 3-6cm, 10-15cm, 15-20cm, and 20-25cm.
1) As to the ground vegetation, the summed dominance ratio of the Erigeron was the highest, Trifolium was the second highest, and Equiserum was the third.
2) The biological type might be represented as H-D_1-R_1-3.
3) From the first observation was found that the buried-seed population were composed of twenty seven species and the number of seed were forty eight and that sixteen species and nineteed grain were counted from the second observation.As to the different depths, eighteen species and twenty seven grain were counted in the 0-3cmm depths, in turn,ten species and twelve grain (3-6cm), six species and six grain (6-10cm).one species and grain (10-15cm), one species and one grain(15-20cm), non species and grain (20-25cm), were counted from the fist observation.
From the second observation, eleven species and thirteed grain (0-3cm), three species and three grain(3-6cm), one species and one grain(6-10cm) were counted.
Furthermore, one species and one grain(10-15cm), one species and one grain(15-20cm),non species and non grain(20-25cm) were counted.
4) As to 0-6cm depth, appearance percentage of the buried-seed population was 81.4% in the fist observation, and 84.2% in the second observation, and it apperance species were 77.7% in the first observation, and 95.0% in the second observation. Tjhus the limit of occupation stratum of the buried seed could be anticipated.
5) Buried-seed population hinted the rate of ground vegetation composition species as the aggregate potential, and showed the shape of Erigeron-Trifolium type.
6) Unidentifred species occupied about 30%.
7) The relationship of the apperance percentage of the buried seed population with the soil elements depends of the apperance percentage of the buried seed population with the soil elements depends upon the various soil depths.
