Abstract
The present studies were investigated effect on an early separating Period of runner for their proper growing, growth and yield fer develope the cultivation of strawberry in back crop of paddyfield.
The variety was Heang-Ok, one of the early variety, and the Seoul Agricultural College farm was used for these investigation.
The runner separated in mid August resulted in poor development and yield as in case of general growth. There was no remarkable difference between runners which were separated on June 20 and July 20 in growth and yield.
It is unnecessary to separated runner too early and to separate them 30 or 40 days earlier than those of mid August because of the yield resulted more than as in case of general field growth.
